Rules for purchases, delivery, cancellations, and customer use
Digital products only: ATTICNOVA sells downloadable or digitally delivered products and related digital services. There is no physical shipping.
Delivery method: Delivery is completed digitally through the customer account/profile after successful payment confirmation. In most cases delivery is automatic and immediate, though payment verification may occasionally take a short time.
Prices and taxes: Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. VAT may be added according to the customer country and applicable tax rules.
Payment methods: Accepted payment methods may include PayPal and card payments via Viva Smart Checkout.
Account responsibility: Customers are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping login credentials secure.
Cancellations / returns: Terms regarding refund requests, duplicate charges, failed delivery, and cancellation conditions are described on the Refund Policy page.
