Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refund requests are handled for digital products
Because ATTICNOVA sells digital products and digital delivery can happen immediately after payment, refunds are reviewed case by case.
A refund may be approved in cases such as duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, payment made in error, or other cases where consumer law requires it.
A refund may be declined if the digital product has already been delivered successfully, downloaded, or substantially used, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
How to request a refund: email attic.payments@gmail.com with your account email, order date, transaction reference, and a short explanation of the problem.
Cancellation: If an order is cancelled before payment completion, no charge is made. If payment is completed, refund eligibility follows the rules above.
